    • Complete the 1003 with your loan officer. We can send you a link via text or email to set up a portal with your information.

    • You may be asked to upload certain supporting document for loan approval.

  • Processing

    • Disclosures will be emailed for signature.

    • Escrow is opened and work can begin for conditional loan approval.

    • Additional items and info will be requested to satisfy all underwriting condition.

  • Closing & Funding

    • Secure all documents and conditions before the Closing Disclosure can be completed.

    • Sign loan documents.

    • Close on your loan transaction!
